The Kuenyehia Trust for Contemporary Art announces the open call for the 2023 Kuenyehia Prize For Contemporary Art
The Kuenyehia Prize is an art prize that identifies and rewards West Africa's most outstanding artists between the ages of 18 and 40.
The Kuenyehia Trust for Contemporary Art, a not-for-profit organization established by Elikem Nutifafa Kuenyehia in 2013 aimed at promoting and advancing contemporary art of African origin, has announced the open call for the 2023 KUENYEHIA PRIZE FOR CONTEMPORARY ART for West African Artists.
The Kuenyehia Prize is an art prize that identifies and rewards West Africa's most outstanding artists between the ages of 18 and 40.
Winners and runners-up benefit from prize money, tools to enhance their practice, and exposure through the network of the Kuenyehia Trust.

The trust says “The prominence that the Prize gives to its artists provides them with an accelerated boost in their careers, direct financial gain, and opportunities both locally and internationally.”
